Queen’s Fire
A bee yard of Hardwood Honey has dried peppers from 50 plants last year. The peppers grown were jalapeño, serrano, & poblano. The serrano pepper has the highest Scoville rating of between 10,000-23,000.
Hestia’s Reaper
A total of 8 ounces of Carolina reaper peppers have been mixed with 5 gallons of honey. Dabble if you dare! The Scoville rating is 1,400,000-2,200,000. Hestia is the Greek goddess of fire.
